JAIDAN INDUSTRIES aluminum window product lines are the most extensive in the industry, featuring single/double hung and sliders ranging from 2” through 5” in depth with certified AAMA ratings ranging from commercial (c), heavy commercial (HC) up to the industry leading architectural widow (AW) rating of AW110. Projected and casement widows are manufactured in six different depths along with various designs of tilt and turn, fixed, pivot and church widows. We offer a full variety of options including true muntins, separate finishes for the interior and exterior, superior thermal strip thermal break, internal blinds, dual and triple glazing, stainless steel mesh screens and a full range of accessories such as panning, trim, etc. Hurricane impact and blast resistant designs are also available.

JAIDAN offers the option of erecting its windows throughout the United States having sole responsibility beginning at the pre-design stage and ending with a satisfied owner. This approach to a project has a tremendous impact expediting the lead time involved due in part to superior scheduling and close coordination between their factory personnel and their own factory trained erectors.

JAIDAN INDUSTIES has again begun to manufacture a full range of steel windows including single/double hung and projected designs. Steel windows can be fabricated for fire or blast applications, (tested up to 40 PSI) as well as for historical projects. In addition, JAIDAN will custom design and manufacture new designs based on the individual requirements for any project needs.

JAIDAN, based on its unique history and knowledge, is capable of performing repairs such as replacing balances, weather-stripping, rollers, and locks-etc. Often, JAIDAN can upgrade a unit by installing better performing hardware systems.

JAIDAN has successfully designed, manufactured and installed new sashes for existing metal windows. Independent field tests confirmed the new sashes within the existing frames performed better than complete windows being installed in nearby buildings by other firms. This resulted in huge financial savings without sacrificing on performance.

JAIDAN’S thermal strip system is an option available on all thermally broken windows as an alternative to pour and debridge thermal breaks. Advantages include superior thermal performance, a stronger structurally sound window, no thermal break shrinkage and the option to have two different finishes on the interior and exterior.

All of our architectural graded windows have architectural grade screens made of extruded aluminum with a full depth of 7/16” frame. Attention to details such as this is typical of JAIDAN’S quality approach. Options on the screens include all types of mesh, including coated stainless steel wire, We also offer a full range of aluminum and steel security screens.

All architectural graded windows feature a continuous frame transom above and below the operating portion of the window. This “true” architectural design feature results in smaller site lines, higher air and water infiltration performance and a higher quality installation.
